Aberdeen-based oil and gas service company Centrifuges Un-Limited has announced the creation of a significant new alliance which will take its product and service portfolios to new levels.

The company has signed a distribution and service agreement with market-leading integrated heat transfer solutions specialist company, Kelvion Limited (formerly GEA Heat Exchangers).  As Kelvion’s only UK-based certified partner to the drilling sector of the oil and gas industry, Centrifuges Un-Limited will play a key role in expanding Kelvion’s audience in the areas of plate heat exchangers, shell and tube, dry air coolers and refrigeration.  

The move represents a milestone in the long-standing relationship between the two companies and celebrates their synergies in providing high levels of service in areas such as sales, replacement products, spare parts, retrofit, training, service, inspection, re-certification, repair and refurbishment.  

Centrifuges Un-Limited specialise in heat transfer and mechanical separation solutions offering the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of bespoke systems.  The company’s heat transfer division specialises in mud cooling for high pressure high temperature (HPHT) drilling fluid management programmes, with mud temperature control systems rented and sold worldwide.  The mechanical separation division specialises in diesel fuel cleaning, oily water separation and the ELVOS® slop treatment solutions for platform decommissioning, rig drains treatment, well testing activities and well completions.  

From premises in Aberdeen and Dubai, Centrifuges Un-Limited works with a growing number of major operators, drilling contractors, marine, distillery/brewery, petrochemical and waste management companies.  The company has a global footprint as a market leader in the sale, service, maintenance and upgrade of client-owned equipment as well as customer training.
