ABOUT US
We are a Health & Safety organisation with a background in providing site safety services and training. Our history is rooted in high risk environments where we developed the specialist skills, experience, and expertise needed to keep people safe whether that be through training, safety cover, consultancy, or other services.
We specialise in confined space and at height training and rescue services, and also offer a full suite of health and safety services including consultancy and advice, to a range of industries including on/offshore wind, oil and gas and the maritime industry.
One of the areas that truly differentiates us is the quality of our trainers/operators. They have the real-life skills and expertise of working in hazardous environments. They undertake a lengthy induction and training programme which is constantly reviewed and enhanced through their careers.
Our trainers and operators are all directly employed as we believe in employing the right people for the role.

Our training system, profiles key competencies by role and by person, and tracks individuals against a required skillset. This training matrix ensures that required works are planned and key skills never fall out of date.
The system also allows those deploying an operator to ensure that the team has all the right competencies to for the task.
