Spain’s Grupo Cobra and Edinburgh-based Flotation Energy are behind Kincardine which was recently completed off the north-east coast.
The pair have announced a ScotWind bid for up to seven gigawatts across several sites in Crown Estate Scotland’s seabed leasing round.
