This ‘Open Call’ is the broadest opportunity that ITF presents to the developer community as other calls are specific to particular industry demands and focused on specific technology areas. As a result of the unrestricted objective of this call, we would like this opportunity to be broadcast to the most expansive and appropriate audience as feasible.
