28th March to 1st April 2016 – Beijing and Shenzhen
Join us at the
China Oil & Gas Trade Mission to...
• Be part of a Scottish Pavillion at the China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology Exhibition (CIPPE) in Beijing
• Meet and discuss oil and gas opportunities with the Chinese NOC’s (Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC.)
• Promote your products and services to Chinese contractors
and potential agents
• Learn about the Chinese subsea developments and the opportunities which exist around the South China Sea
• Gain access to experts in doing business in China
China is a high priority market for Scotland – Chinese NOC’s own 32% of the UKCS production and 50% of our refinery capacity. China has
its own O&G industry (70% onshore and 30% offshore – Bohai Bay, South China Sea) but more importantly operates in Africa, Brazil, Russia and SE Asia – regions where the Scottish SME supply chain also operate. Relationships built in China can introduce Scottish companies to the Chinese opportunities in other regions in the world. China can be a challenging place to do business. It is therefore essential for our companies to familiarise themselves with these challenges by coming
to China with SDI’s and China Britain Business Council’s support.
