Decom North Sea will be exhibiting again at this years' Oil & Gas UK Share Fair (Stand 20).
This one day event aims to improve the quality and quantity of information available to suppliers on the forward activity plans of operators and major contractors.
Better information on future projects benefits both operators and the supply chain as it helps to create an informed and competitive market where there can be more responsive and timely delivery of key equipment, expertise and personnel.
Share Fair 2016 also offers the opportunity for presenting companies to identify and share current efficiency challenges facing their businesses, allowing attending delegates to identify and raise awareness of any potential solutions or mechanisms that could help unlock the full potential of the UKCS.
New for 2016 the Share Fair will also see the introduction of ‘Sandpit Sessions’ which will be delivered alongside the newly formed OGTC. These sessions will articulate and address two key challenges facing the industry identifying the technical problems at present, and importantly the opportunity for the supply chain community to become involved with solution creation.
